So, you have clicked around the site and still have questions? No problem! We’ve put together a list of the most Frequently Asked Questions regarding Tampa Coffee Club. Tampa Coffee Club partners with the top independent coffee roasters in the Central Florida region to curate and deliver the highest quality, freshly-roasted coffee to our customers.

We work one-on-one with the best coffee roasters in the region to curate the best locally roasted coffees and delivers them right to your door. Each month you will receive (2) 5oz. bags of coffee from different roasters.

In short:

  1. We hand pick coffee from Tampa’s top-rated roasters every month.
  2. We ship the beans to you or your gift recipient in our Tampa Coffee Club box.
  3. You / they brew and enjoy delicious coffee with each unique roast.

Simple, you don’t really know. Each month we will feature 2 different amazing, small-batch coffees from our top roasters. You won’t know the roaster or the coffee until you receive your shipment. We may, however, decide to occasionally spill the “beans” early and give you a heads up on what is coming your way.

At Tampa Coffee Club, our mission is to provide you with the freshest, high-quality beans possible. Since we work one-on-one with our roasters to choose specific coffees, we are unable to customize our boxes. We CAN promise varying roast levels and flavor profiles in each box. And, what’s even better…if you fall in love with a particular coffee, check to see if it is in our “shop” page to order more. We will do our best to keep the extra beans on hand for you to purchase. However, those quantities will be limited, so order as soon as you know you LOVE it.

All club member orders will ship out on the last business day of the month. If you place your order before 11:59pm on the 25th day of the month, you will be included in that month’s club shipment. If you place your order after that time, you will receive your first club shipment the following month. This ensures that your coffee is the freshest it can be and that you receive the best quality product possible. Once orders are shipped, and depending on your location, it should only be a couple days until it arrives.

After your first month as part of the club, all future club payments will be processed on the 15th of each month. This allows us to give our roasters an opportunity to understand our club needs and prepare accordingly.

You are billed the full amount of the gift subscription on the date of purchase. If you choose to gift the monthly recurring membership, your payments will be processed on the 15th of each month after your first initial order.

At this very moment, No. However, we are working to find a suitable courier for shipping our coffee around the world at a reasonable price. If you are international and want to sign up for the Tampa Coffee Club, please send us an email to subscriptions@tampacoffeeclub.com and we will do our best to accommodate you because we believe everyone deserves good coffee.

Damn right we do! Our military fights and protects us so the least we can do is help keep them fueled. Please be sure to supply all of the necessary information for getting your subscription to the right soldier in the notes field at the time of checkout. If stations or assignments change please let us know by emailing subscriptions@tampacoffee.com.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in regards to shipping delays. All orders are shipped out on the date specified with email tracking information sent to the person who placed the order. Once the package has left our hands on time, we can no longer be responsible for the United States Postal Services processes. All orders are final and Tampa Coffee Club reserves the right to use any remedy it feels necessary.

Each Tampa Coffee Club box includes two 5 ounce bags of whole bean coffee (i.e. 10 ounces total). This makes approximately 30 cups of coffee depending on your brewing method and strength preferences.

Great question to which there is no easy answer. Roasters have different styles and different beliefs on what makes great coffee. They can roast different blends of beans, different varietals from around the world, or the beans can be from a single origin.

In every box you receive, we will include a “Vitals” card that will break down all of the vital information about your coffee. It will have information about where the beans came from, who the roaster is, and more.

Absolutely not! Our roasters are listed on our site because we want to give you as much information as possible about when your coffee comes from. Also, if you decide to visit one of their shops or local roasting facilities (most by appointment only for roasting tours) for tours or to enjoy the atmosphere they provide, we want to give you a heads up of the great experience you can expect. Listing the roasters on our site is also another way of giving back to our community and promoting their locations across the tampa bay area.

So, even though they are on our site, you won’t know which ones are in the box until it arrives at your door.

Yes, you may cancel or put your subscription on hold at anytime. Please note, however, that once a payment is processed we will not be able to refund your money. To ensure fresh roasted coffee, we have to place our order with the roasters 30 days in advance, so once an order is paid for it is final.

If you put your order on hold, you may login to your account and resume your subscription at anytime.

On the top right corner of the home page we have put a link to login and see your account. From there, you can manage your subscriptions, update your billing information, and change your shipping address.

We believe in using as many local resources as possible. All of our printing needs are handled by a printer in our neighborhood and we get our boxes from a local packaging supplier. We are also actively involved in many events in the community. From running races, triathlons, to the Junior League Holiday Market…chances are you will find us handing out free coffee somewhere in the community.

At this time, our monthly club box does not include any decaf coffees. However, be sure to check out our “shop” page. We are always adding new coffees and will do our best to keep a decaf one available.
